Fairsoft Platinum ($695/month*)

Fairsoft's premium support. 9:00am-5:00pm (Eastern Time), M-F, support help desk to answer your questions, manage your servers, and provide automatic off-site back-up and restore of your data and web files. Includes up to 4 hours^ of development activity (database and/or web modifications) per month.*   Additional time billable at $95/hr.

Fairsoft Gold ($395/month*)

Fairsoft's superior support. 9:00am-5:00pm (Eastern Time), M-F, support help desk to provide answers your questions by a Fairsoft engineer within a 24 hour time frame+. Includes 1 hour^ of development per month. Additional time billable at $125/hr. Database server and web server management (maintenance of hardware and software that provides internet web access to the databases) would be the responsibility of your internal IT department.

Fairsoft Silver ($295/month*)

Fairsoft's advanced support. 9:00am-5:00pm (Eastern Time), M-F, support help desk to provide direct answers your questions by a Fairsoft engineer within a 24 hour time frame+.

Fairsoft Bronze ($195/month*)

Fairsoft's standard support. 9:00am-5:00pm (Eastern Time), M-F, support help desk to provide e-mail answers your questions within a 48 hour time frame+.

^ Non accruable. Unused hours expire at the end of each month.
